I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class IX of your school. My father is a government employee. Most recently, he has been transferred to Dinajpur from Dhaka. Our whole family has also shifted there. But I want to continue my study here in your school till my SSC exam. Now, I have been suffering for want of accommodation  and I have no relatives here. So, I am badly in of a seat in your school hostel.

So, I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to allot me a seat in the school hostel and oblige thereby.
