Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class VII in your school. My father is a government employee. Recently, he has been transferred from Daulatpur to Dhaka. Our family will shift there very soon. Besides, I have no relatives in Daulatpur. So, my father does not want to leave me here alone. So, it is quite impossible for me to stay here and continue my study in your school. Now, I am badly in need of a transfer certificate.

In this circumstances, I pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
